A single unbroken sphere of alabaster is raised on four slender brass-finish legs in this table lamp. Each leg tapers outwards from the stone to a rounded foot, and they meet the globe high enough that the lamp seems lifted rather than mounted, with a shadow line running beneath. Small and sculptural, it reads as an object first. It suits a desk, a bedside table, a bathroom shelf, a stack of books or the corner of a dressing table, wherever a shaded lamp would feel too formal. When lit, the whole sphere glows evenly and the veining comes forward.

Fitting & bulbs
Ceiling and wall lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.
Always switch off the power before fitting the light or changing a bulb, and never exceed the maximum bulb wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow.
