A soft white shade on a slim square base, made to sit on top of a gate pillar, wall or low post and mark a path, driveway edge or front door. The shade spreads warm 3000K light in every direction, so the approach glows evenly rather than being floodlit.
Choose a globe, cube or cylinder shade. The frame is stainless steel, the shade is PE, and it is rated IP65 against rain and dust. The LED is built in and rated for 20,000 hours. It is hardwired and runs from an ordinary wall switch.

Care
Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.
Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
Fitting & bulbs
Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.
If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
