Slim Blade Alabaster Wall Light

A long alabaster panel with fully rounded ends lies flat to the wall, with a slim brass-finish blade running down its centre and standing proud of the stone. The blade is the light source and the stone is the backdrop, so the piece reads as two materials in a single line. It suits a wall where a flush fitting works better than one that projects, such as either side of a mirror, along a corridor, beside a bed or in the return of a stair. Its narrow width fits within a panel or between two doors.
