A blown opal glass globe sits at the end of a slim angled arm on a straight stem and round base. The arm adjusts, so the globe can be raised or lowered over a bedside or reading chair.

Height adjusts from 40cm to 63cm, the arm reaches 33cm, the globe is 14cm across and the base is 20cm. Choose matte brass or chrome. A 5W G9 LED (450 lumens, 2700K) is included, with a push switch on the body.

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
