A slender black tube arcs from a solid marble cylinder and curves over to hang a ribbed lantern shade well out from the base. It reaches a metre horizontally, so it sits behind a sofa and drops light into the seat.
It stands 218cm high, with a 100cm horizontal reach and 120cm from the floor to the shade. The shade is 20cm wide and 30cm high, and the black marble foot is 23cm across and 18cm high. Materials are metal, linen and marble, with the metal in matte black and the metal shade in aged gold or matte black. It takes a G9 bulb, 4W, 500 lumens, 2700K.

Care
Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.
Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
Fitting & bulbs
Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.
If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
