A tall beech upright on a low round metal base, with a matte white drum shade clamped to one side on a bracket. The textile cord runs down the face of the wood, and the offset shade keeps the light beside a chair rather than over it.
It stands 150cm high; the shade is 30cm wide and 17cm high, and the base is 30cm across. Materials are steel, wood and fabric, with a matte white metal base, a white shade and a beech upright. The bulb is not included: the socket is E26, with a maximum of 15W.

Care
Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.
Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
Fitting & bulbs
Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.
If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
