A blown glass globe sits on a handmade ceramic cube, and when the lamp is lit the globe seems to float above its base. The glazed square base and round glass make a simple, graphic shape for a shelf, desk or bedside table.

The lamp is 15cm wide and deep and 20cm tall, with a 15cm glass globe and a 3m fabric cord with a dimmer. A G9 LED bulb (5W, 2700K) is included. It comes in glossy pink or glossy white. Each ceramic piece is handmade, so there are slight variations in tone, reflection and texture.

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
