A compact lamp in glazed stoneware, inspired by historic candle trays, with a generous paddle-shaped handle for picking it up and moving it. A mouth-blown bulb is included and gives a warm 2700K glow. It is just under 10 inches tall, so it fits neatly on a bookshelf, desk or occasional table.

It is 12.7cm across and 25.4cm tall, with a 3m fabric cord with either an on/off switch or a dimmer. The bulb is E26, 540 lumens (45W equivalent) and is included. It comes in black, green, chrome, bone, white gloss or moss.

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
