Domed Alabaster Mushroom Table Lamp

Cut from alabaster in two parts, this table lamp pairs a broad domed cap with a base that swells outwards before drawing back in at the foot. The stone is left unpolished and plain, with no visible metal anywhere, so the lamp reads as one quiet mass until it is switched on. Give it a surface to sit on comfortably, such as a bedside table, a study desk, the end of a long console or a low table beside a sofa. Its balanced height and width make it a good pair. When lit, the cap glows from edge to edge.
