    A short, solid oak cylinder on a weighted brass base that holds a decorative bulb of your choice. It suits a desk, bedside table or shelf.

    The lamp is 8.6cm wide and 12.4cm tall without a bulb, and weighs 0.64kg. It takes any E26 bulb up to 25W; the bulb is not included. An in-line dimmer (5–100%) sits on the 3m cable.

    Care

    Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

    Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
    Fitting & bulbs

    Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

    If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
