A single oval matte white glass bulb hangs from a slim graphite holder on a long black cable, giving a soft, even, warm glow. It plugs into a socket and is hung from two wall or ceiling nodes, so no hardwiring is needed and the light can be positioned over a sofa, bed or corner.

The oval bulb is about 16cm wide and 14cm tall; the holder is 4.1cm across and 7.9cm tall. The kit has 6m of cable in total (4m from the pendant to the in-line dimmer) and two brass wall/ceiling nodes. The LED bulb is included: 25W, 2700K, 540 lumens, CRI 95, dimmable, E26 fitting.

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
