A slim, flat disc of coloured metal with an integrated LED panel and white diffuser underneath, so it casts soft, even light downwards. It hangs on a black textile cord from a metal canopy, with a brass detail on top.

The disc is 31cm across and 3.3cm deep (10.4cm including the top detail), in pearl white, anthracite grey, forest green, petrol blue, ruby red, saffron yellow or black. The 14W LED gives 900 lumens at 3000K (CRI 83) and dims with an external dimmer. It is made of steel, aluminium and acrylic, with a 2.7m cord, and takes about 10 minutes to assemble. The top detail can be swapped between brass, steel and black.

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
