    A thin vertical stem rises from a flat round base and carries a wide, shallow shade with rounded edges, with the tip of the stem showing above it. The steel frame is chrome or matte brass, and the steel shade comes in a choice of 28 colours.

    The lamp is 51cm tall, with a 22cm wide, 10cm deep shade and a 20cm base. It takes an E26 bulb of up to 15W; the bulb is not included. A simple fit for a side table or desk.

    Care

    Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

    Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
    Fitting & bulbs

    Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

    If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
