A single matte white glass globe bulb tops a slim telescopic stem in a brass finish, giving a soft, diffused light at the height you choose. A central clutch locks the stem anywhere from 125cm to 170cm, and a full-range dimmer takes the bulb from bright light to a warm glow.

The lamp has a round base, a braided 3m cable and weighs about 5kg. The globe bulb is included: 20 × 20 × 24cm, 2000–2800K dim-to-warm, 720 lumens, CRI 95, E26 fitting, rated for 15,000 hours. It suits living spaces, reading corners and work areas.

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
