A large tinted glass globe with visible filaments hangs from a slim oak holder with a brass cap, on a long black fabric cable. The iron-tinted glass and phosphor-coated filaments give a rich amber light, good for a kitchen, hallway or living space.

The globe is 12.4cm wide and 17.5cm tall; the oak holder is 5.1cm across and 12.7cm tall, on a 3m adjustable cable with a 12.7cm round canopy. The dimmable LED bulb is included: 2200K warm white, 420 lumens, CRI 95, on an E26 fitting.

    Care

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

    Fitting & bulbs

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.
