Gilded Swirled Glass Bubble Chandelier

A generous cluster of clear glass spheres, each one swirled with fine ridges, gathers around a gilded frame in this chandelier. The swirls bend and scatter the light from twelve bulbs, so the whole piece glows softly rather than glaring. At almost a metre across, it is made to be the centrepiece of a large dining room, a double-height hallway or a stairwell.
