A long cylindrical shade with soft natural-looking veining sits in a black or brass-finish bracket on this linear wall light. A built-in 15W LED gives a warm 3000K light that glows through the shade.

At 60cm long and 8.5cm deep, it can be fitted upright or horizontally, either side of a mirror, above it, or along a hallway wall. It is dimmable with a compatible dimmer and should be installed by a qualified electrician. For indoor use in dry locations.

    Care

Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning products, which can mark metal finishes, wood, fabric, glass and stone.

Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, wood and rattan vary in colour and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

    Fitting & bulbs

Ceiling, wall and outdoor lights that are wired into the mains should be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations.

If your light takes a bulb, always switch off the power before fitting or changing it, and never exceed the maximum wattage stated for your light. A warm white LED bulb (2700K to 3000K) gives a soft, warm glow. Lights with a built-in LED have no bulb to change, and cordless lamps simply recharge by USB.

Warm Light Through a Veined Shade

Warm Light Through a Veined Shade

The built-in LED glows through the veined shade in a warm 3000K light, bringing out its soft natural pattern.

    Upright or Sideways

    Upright or Sideways

Fit it upright beside a mirror or a picture, or turn it horizontal above a mirror or a doorway. The bracket comes in black or a brass finish.

    Either Side of a Mirror

    Either Side of a Mirror

At 60cm long and only 8.5cm deep, a pair works well framing a full-length mirror or a console, and it suits narrow hallways too.

    Questions about wall lights

    Does it need an electrician?

Hardwired wall lights should be fitted by a qualified electrician, in line with UK wiring regulations. Battery and rechargeable wall lights need no wiring. The specifications show which type yours is.

    Does it take a bulb?

It depends on the light. Some have a built-in LED, which isn't replaceable. Others take a bulb, and some include bulbs. The bulb type, and whether it's included, are in the specifications.

Can I use it outdoors or in a bathroom?

Only lights described as outdoor lights are made for outside use. Check the IP rating in the specifications, and contact us if it isn't listed. Our other wall lights are for dry indoor rooms. Please ask us before fitting any light in a bathroom.

    How do I clean it?

Switch it off and let it cool, then dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Don't use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
